There will be no returns or replace for wrong order. Please make sure your order is correct before proceed for payment.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (with the condition that will affect the usage of the product), Hoyu Malaysia is happy to replace the product at our cost. We are sorry, refund is not available. Replacement only applicable on defect items (with the condition that will affect the usage of the product, damages/defect on outer packaging is not entitle for replacement) or wrong delivery will be replaced with the right product at our cost.
